An HEC graduate and an IFA/Sciences Po certified corporate director, Nathalie Rouvet Lazare has 35 years of professional experience, combining strategy, marketing and communication (Air France, Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, Publicis, La Poste Group, In Between), corporate management (Coheris) and governance (Associés en gouvernance). This career path has enabled her to acquire a profound understanding of corporate strategy and management, challenges of development and digital transformation, as well as governance topics. 

Having worked in the corporate governance field since 2010, Nathalie Rouvet Lazare became an Independent Director of Coheris in September 2011 and chaired its Strategy Committee. From 2013 to 2019, she was Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of this software company (listed on Compartment C of Euronext Paris). She led the company's turnaround and then the restructuring of its capital structure, which resulted in a friendly takeover in 2019.
